Swigs Flow is scheduling and attendance software for bars and restaurants. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@swigsflow.com.
We keep what you type: your name, the business, your email, your phone number, how many locations you run and anything you write in the message box. It is used to reply to you about Swigs Flow and for nothing else. It is not sold, not shared, and you are not added to a mailing list. Ask and it is deleted.
Your employer decides what goes in, and we hold it on their behalf: your name, email and phone number, your position, your availability, time-off requests, call-offs and the reason you gave, the shifts you are scheduled for and have worked, and where the venue uses them, attendance points. Managers and owners at your venue can see it. Staff at other venues cannot.
To see, correct or remove what is held about you, ask your manager first - it is the venue's record. You can also write to us and we will pass it on and help.
We keep your email address and, if you set one, a password stored only as a salted hash that cannot be read back. If you use "Sign in with Google", Google tells us the email address on your Google account, which is how we know it is you. When you sign in the site sets cookies that keep you signed in and remember which account and bar you were looking at. That is all the cookies there are: no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies.

Like any web server, ours keeps ordinary logs - IP address, time and the page asked for - to keep the site running and to stop abuse such as password guessing.
A walkthrough request is kept while we are talking with you, and deleted when you ask. A venue's records are kept while the venue is a customer. When a venue leaves, it can take a copy of its data, and ours is removed on request.
